A Family Affair

Shan was born and raised on the North Shore. Her main passions in life are her family, food, and travel. Luckily, those three things go hand in hand. Shan has cooked incredible food for her family, inspired by her travels. She also supplies Issy's Cafe daily with scones, cinnamon rolls, and whatever else the customers are asking for.

Meet Imogen

Imogen is Shan's youngest daughter. After living and working as a lawyer in America, Imogen has moved home to the North Shore and is Shan's right hand in the kitchen.

Meet Devon

Devon is Shan's eldest daughter. A trained chef with experience working in kitchens in Sydney. A new mum and passionate foodie, Devon is excited to teach all she knows.  

Here at Shan's Sourdough, we are a family business. Shan has shared her love of baking and cooking with her two daughters, Devon and Imogen, their whole lives. Now they have come together to start passing on Shan's knowledge to all.
